1. Are these dog bed covers washable?
Yes, most all are both washable and tumble dry.
2. How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Normal receipt of shipments is within 2-3 business days, with the exception of
backordered or out of stock items, for which you would be notified. Some items, made to
order, allow 10 to 15 business days for delivery.
3. What shipping method do you use?
We ship UPS or USPS. UPS includes up to $100.00 insurance on all shipments...additional
insurance can be requested at a charge. USPS offers NO insurance unless you request it.
Claims cannot be processed without insurance. Handling charge per order is $2.99
